Key class quality indicators were hidden, making it difficult for users to quickly find the right classes. This resulted in longer decision-making times and reduced engagement.
We reimagined how users discover and engage with classes, creating an interconnected platform where users could discover classes through student projects, elevating the browsing experience. By streamlining the decision-making process and enhancing class merchandising, we focused on increasing user engagement.
A revamped class card with key decision-making information, a new review system, and redesigned visuals featuring informative hover states.
Project visibility became a key element, inspiring and guiding users more efficiently to relevant content. This initiative not only improved class discovery but also laid the foundation for future innovations, such as AI-driven recommendations and deeper integration of user-generated content, ensuring Skillshare continues to evolve with user needs.
