I worked as a project manager managing 3 teams, working across different parts of the user journey in the same app, with a total headcount of 15 team members and at least as many other stakeholders and contributors (designers, business analysts, product managers).

My contribution was accelerating our journey towards continous delivery, focusing on streamlining our processes and empowering the teams. By visualizing work in a better way and limiting work in progress we were able to increase productivity and have shorter cycle time.

My responsabilities included:

Being responsible for delivery quality and service level measurement, financial performance of projects’ portfolio.

Establishing and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders.

Team staffing, hiring, attrition control

Supporting business growth, participating in pre-sale and upsales

Facilitating team meetings

Helping the team to continuously improve their processes and practices, using techniques such as retrospectives and process improvement workshops

Help the team to communicate effectively with other stakeholders in the organization, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Designers.
