From 50 to 120 people, expanding from the UK to Europe

Successfully grew an account from 50 people to 120, working on 12 different product areas. My main contribution was in stakeholder management, engaging with engineering and product leaders from both the UK and Europe.
The other important partnership goal was to move establish a presence in a new location, expanding from the UK to Europe. This included onboarding new team members, diversifying team level leaders and maintaining cohesion while doing so.
I coordinated a team of 10 project managers and connected with senior engineering leaders to solve conflicts and improve the development experience, and, in turn, their results.
My responsibilities included:
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Partnered with engineering leaders to develop account strategies to meet revenue targets
Monitor the progress & health of existing programs and reported them on a monthly and quarterly basis, including to C-level stakeholders.
Relationship development and cultivating new business opportunities within the partnership
Develop and introduce solutions based on the understanding of the client’s business issues
Handled contract renewals, negotiations and proposals
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
