Domestic violence support - Mobile app & CRM

We designed the UX/UI for a mobile app and CRM system supporting victims of domestic violence. The goal was to create a secure, empathetic, and easy-to-use interface for both survivors and support staff focused on safety, communication, and efficient case management.

Our work included UX strategy, wireframes, and full UI design for both systems. We prioritized accessibility, emotional sensitivity, and a clear, supportive user flow across all screens ensuring the product could serve its mission with both care and clarity.
