Smart rental platform for digital nomads and remote workers

We designed Nomadoor, a lifestyle rental platform tailored specifically for digital nomads and remote workers. The platform simplifies travel preparation by allowing users to pre-select essential ergonomic work setups and gear, which are then ready and waiting at their destination.

Our goal was to create a seamless user experience combining smart onboarding that personalizes the trip setup, e-commerce usability enhanced by localized product availability, and a modern UI system that feels calm, intelligent, and empowering.

To achieve this, we conducted thorough user research and analysis to understand the needs of remote workers and nomads. Based on these insights, we developed a clear strategy and mapped out user flows through detailed wireframes and prototypes. Our UX/UI design focused on making browsing and booking intuitive, including features like AI-driven recommendations to quickly plan a complete work setup and flexible customization options.

In collaboration with the development team, we ensured the design was fully implemented with a responsive and polished interface.

The result is a user-friendly platform that streamlines the rental experience for digital nomads, making it effortless to find, customize, and receive work essentials anywhere in the world.
