We designed a video-first shopping app that combines the power of social proof, product discovery, and instant purchases — all in one seamless experience.
The idea was born from the rising influence of video reviews and unboxing content on buying behavior. Our client envisioned a global platform where users could watch and post product reviews, join live shopping sessions, and make direct purchases with logistics simplified across borders.
We started with market and competitor research, followed by detailed user persona mapping to inform the app structure. Based on this, we created a product map outlining key connections and user flows, helping streamline future development and ensure cohesive functionality.
During the wireframing phase, we identified core user needs and shaped the features around them: intuitive review posting, real-time engagement, personalized feeds, and one-click purchasing. The UI phase focused on clarity, visual identity, and accessibility, creating a bold, dynamic look while preserving usability.
We also designed a distinct app icon to match the visual language and reinforce brand recognition.
The result is a polished, user-centered concept for a next-gen video shopping platform that not only simplifies buying decisions but builds a vibrant, engaged community around product experience.
