The project began when a client reached out within our exclusive community, Uncommon Creative Studio, where we offer comprehensive support in business, branding, and marketplace ministry. Ashley Witcher, CEO of The Write Legacy and one of our founding members, sought guidance on managing DNS settings and implementing a payment processor for her membership community on Superwave.
Here’s how it unfolded:
Upon Ashley's inquiry about updating her DNS settings to establish a branded subdomain for her membership community, we encountered technical challenges stemming from her DNS settings being managed by another provider. This situation risked disrupting her website traffic flow. To address this swiftly, we scheduled a consultation/training session for January 9th, 2024. Within just 24 hours, we seamlessly transferred her domain from godaddy.com to our preferred hosting service, Namecheap, ensuring her website and community were operational without any downtime.
