Nishe: A Long-Term Product Design Partnership for the Ecommerce Industry

From isolated deliverables to an embedded product design partnership (3+ years): we helped Nishe scale its products across platform, tools, and website.

What we did for Nishe

We partnered with Nishe to design key parts of their product experience across operations, publishing, and storefront creation. This included an admin dashboard for store and marketplace management, an interactive landing page builder, and adaptable landing page templates for different shops.
Across all touchpoints, the focus was on simplifying complexity, improving usability, and creating a system that could scale with different merchant needs.

Admin dashboard

Designing this dashboard meant first understanding Shopify’s logic, data structure, and connection flow. We translated that complexity into a clear overview screen that helps different user roles quickly understand setup status, account details, billing, and publishing progress.

Store settings and connected marketplaces

A key challenge was structuring information for different roles such as admin, super admin, and store manager, each with different needs and permissions. We solved this through a well-organized settings view that separates store details, connection logic, and marketplace relationships into a format that is easy to review and manage.

Connection requests

This screen required close collaboration with backend developers to understand the marketplace connection logic, approval rules, and commission-related conditions. We designed a flow that makes incoming requests, default settings, and new connection opportunities easier to navigate and act on.

Stores list view

Managing multiple stores required a scalable structure that could support operational clarity across a growing system. We designed a clean list view that surfaces the most relevant data points and actions, making it easier for teams to monitor store status and access each storefront quickly.

Landing page builder

Starting from scratch can slow users down, so the challenge was creating a smoother entry point into the page-building flow. We solved this by designing pre-defined page types that guide users toward the right structure based on their goal.

Landing page builder—editing experience

The builder needed to feel powerful without becoming overwhelming for everyday users. We designed a modular editing experience with a section panel, live preview, and contextual controls that make customization more intuitive and easier to manage.

Media gallery

Handling media inside the builder had to be fast, simple, and organized, especially for content-heavy landing pages. We solved this with a gallery experience that combines upload, search, and filtering into one streamlined workflow.

Whitelabeling

The challenge was designing reusable landing page templates that could adapt to different brands, content, and screen sizes without losing consistency. We created flexible responsive templates that support white-label use cases across multiple storefronts.
