NeatWorks is a workforce management platform built for cleaning teams and the managers coordinating them across multiple job sites. Our work covered two connected parts of the product—a mobile app for frontline workers and a web dashboard for managers.

For workers, we designed a simple mobile experience focused on the tasks they need in the moment: clocking in and out, viewing assigned work orders, logging shifts, requesting supplies, and uploading photo proof from cleaned locations.

Since this product is used on the go, the experience had to stay fast, clear, and easy to use with minimal friction.

For managers, we designed a web dashboard that gives better visibility and control over daily operations. It helps teams track attendance, missed shifts, late arrivals, employee status, job sites, dispatching, supplies, and inventory from one place. The goal was to make operational issues easier to spot and simpler to manage across many workers and locations.
