A large-scale design system built across Covideo’s web app, mobile app, browser extensions, website, and integrated experiences to bring more consistency to a feature-rich platform serving multiple industries.

A system built for scale. Alongside the dashboard and mobile app, we designed a full design system for Covideo to bring more consistency across a feature-rich product with many workflows, components, and user states.

Clear foundations first. We defined the visual core of the system through typography, color roles, spacing, border radius, and layout grids, creating a shared structure that could support both dense desktop screens and simpler mobile patterns.

Reusable UI patterns. We documented key components such as buttons, checkboxes, radio buttons, toggles, tables, sidebars, modals, calendars, and toast notifications, making the interface easier to extend without redesigning the same patterns over and over.

Built for product consistency. The system helped unify dashboard and mobile experiences, improve handoff clarity, and create a more predictable UI language across reporting, management, communication, and video workflows.

Outcome. The result was a more scalable and maintainable product foundation that made future design decisions faster, clearer, and more consistent across the entire Covideo platform.
