Mento embodies a journey of growth—setting goals and taking a holistic approach to career development, much like hiking to the peak of a mountain. Establishing the company’s first design system was essential to align design and development teams, ensure brand consistency, and accelerate testing and implementation of new features.

Serving both businesses and direct consumers requires a deep understanding of their unique needs and contexts to streamline the signup process for speed and ease.
