ePump – Fuel Station Management Simplified A UX case study on transforming manual fuel station operations into a seamless digital experience.

I designed ePump, a cloud-based platform that automates fuel sales, monitors pump activity, and tracks depot inventory in real-time. Through field research and user interviews, I discovered key pain points: unreliable records, theft, and lack of visibility.

This solution focused on clarity, mobility, and control. The interface delivers daily sales summaries, live pump statuses, and instant staff performance insights—all in a responsive, card-based layout.

After launch, ePump clients reported:
