Global Automotive Website UX/UI Redesign

My team and I redesigned the website for Davey Japan, a full service vehicle import company managing sourcing, inspection, and delivery from Japan to buyers worldwide. As the business expanded internationally, the existing website no longer reflected the scale of the company or the full range of its services.

Our scope covered a complete UX/UI redesign across 9 pages, including the homepage, country specific landing pages, blog, FAQ, and a dedicated vehicle catalog. We rebuilt the experience with a mobile first approach, improved the information architecture, strengthened the content hierarchy, and created clear and consistent CTAs throughout the website.

We also introduced dedicated landing pages for different markets and developed a cleaner, more scalable visual system with stronger typography and structure.

The result is a modern website that better communicates Davey Japan’s international presence, makes its services easier to explore, and provides a solid foundation for future growth. Need help with design or development? DM me!
