User Research & Insights
They (Client) interviewed Kenyan freelancers, small business owners, and digital-savvy users to uncover their banking frustrations — most wanted speed, trust, and simplicity.
Information Architecture
I restructured the site to clearly separate Individual and Business paths, allowing each audience to find what they need instantly.
Visual Redesign
I built a modern, minimalist interface that used Payflow’s signature blue and gold palette — colors that convey trust, stability, and growth. The layout became cleaner, with bold typography and soft gradients that matched the app’s new UI.
Content Revamp
We rewrote key messaging to emphasize benefits over features:
“Send money in seconds.”
“Grow your business with smarter banking tools.”
“Digital banking built for Kenya’s future.”
Responsive Development
The redesigned site was optimized for all devices, ensuring lightning-fast load times and fluid responsiveness on mobile — a must for Kenya’s mobile-first users.
