Allet is an innovative telehealth care platform focused on minimizing risks patients face during their healthcare journeys. Built to connect patients with clinicians securely and efficiently, Allet’s mission was simple:
“To make virtual healthcare safer, smarter, and more human.”
The Goal
Allet (A Personal project) goal is to design a website and product interface that would:
Build trust with both patients and providers.
Communicate complex safety features in a simple, engaging way.
Reflect Allet’s mission to make telehealth feel personal, reliable, and secure.
It's not just want a website. It is a digital experience that showed patients they could finally feel safe in their care.

The Challenge
Before working with us, Allet’s online presence wasn’t doing justice to their product.
Patients get wrong medication due to selection of the wrong item.
Patients diagnosis and treatment are delayed due to failure to follow up on test result.
Both the healthcare IT manufacturers and health care organization may not have the knowledge, expertise and certification.

The Solution (What I Did)
I designed the Allet’s entire digital experience — from brand positioning to interface interactions — focusing on clarity, confidence, and care.
1. Human-Centered Visual Identity
I replaced sterile medical imagery with soft gradients, warm tones, and real human visuals — creating an environment that felt more empathetic and approachable.
2. Streamlined Information Architecture
I simplified navigation and structured content around three key safety pillars — making it easier for visitors to understand how Allet reduces healthcare risks.
3. Interactive Design System
Every page was rebuilt with a modular system for scalability. From patient education to provider onboarding, the interface became faster, cleaner, and intuitive.
4. Conversion-Driven UX
I added clear CTAs, visual trust markers (HIPAA badges, certifications), and patient testimonials to reinforce credibility and guide users to action.

The Outcome (Results)
Qualitative Attitudinal User Testing
I investigated small groups of potential participants to understand how they feel about the product and the design by tagging people and groups on twitter, linkedIn, etc.
Feedbacks
Comment & Feedback
There was a design suggestion given to change a part of the website section.
There was a high positive response of 10 high class designers in closed source groups.
There was a need to solve the problem and carefully analyze the cons of the competitors.
I received some commendations and mentored some entry designers on the process.
In essence, Allet’s website transformed from a simple digital brochure into a trust-building, conversion-driving experience that reflects the heart of telehealth care.
UI Design
Key Takeaway
Through thoughtful design, we helped Allet turn complexity into clarity — giving them a platform that builds confidence, drives engagement, and brings humanity back into digital healthcare.
Design Outcome: More trust. More engagement. More impact.
