The Protein Pancake’s Meta marketing campaigns were strategically managed, achieving significant growth in engagement, reach, and sales.
The Spark:
The Protein Pancake hired me to optimise their Meta ads and drive e-commerce growth. With a monthly ad spend of ~$9K and a $2K/month retainer, our goal was to improve ROAS through creative testing, CRO strategies, and scaling winners.
The Strategy:
We built a full-funnel Meta campaign system, from acquisition to retention, across Australia, with recent expansion into the USA, UK, and Canada. Using Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) and segmented CBOs, we ensured continuous performance improvement.
The Results:
• $95K+ ad spend managed to date
• $368K+ in tracked purchases
• 5,800+ total purchases with 3.86 average ROAS
• 6.5M+ impressions with consistently strong cost per purchase
• Scaled high-performing campaigns internationally (AU, US, UK, CA, SG, NZ)
Ongoing:
This project continues to grow as we expand into new markets and test creatives that resonate across different audiences. The work includes dynamic creative testing, advanced audience segmentation, and full-funnel optimisation.
