The Spark:
The Protein Pancake hired me to optimise their Meta ads and drive e-commerce growth. With a monthly ad spend of ~$9K and a $2K/month retainer, our goal was to improve ROAS through creative testing, CRO strategies, and scaling winners.
The Strategy:
We built a full-funnel Meta campaign system, from acquisition to retention, across Australia, with recent expansion into the USA, UK, and Canada. Using Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) and segmented CBOs, we ensured continuous performance improvement.
The Results:
