Clustersubhub is a subscription marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across various categories, including music, video streaming, gaming, security, news, productivity apps, and software. The platform streamlines the process of managing, purchasing, and selling subscriptions securely, providing users with a seamless and efficient experience. 

Rising costs and inflation have led people to find creative ways to access premium subscriptions while cutting expenses.

Subscription sharing is a popular method, but it comes with significant challenges:

The process is often stressful, time-consuming, and unproductive.

Many users struggle to find a trustworthy partner to split the subscription with.

Security issues are a major concern:

These problems make traditional subscription sharing risky and unreliable.

As a result, many users are left frustrated and still searching for an affordable way to access premium services.

Conducted stakeholder interviews to gain insight into their business goals.

Interviewed three users to understand their current subscription-sharing methods and associated pain points.

Researched and analyzed existing market solutions, including Sharesub, Spliiit, Together Price, GamsGo, Sharingful, and GoSplit.

Facilitated design workshops with stakeholders to map out end-to-end user flows and define feature touchpoints.

I designed a multimodal experience for subscription management, including user dashboards, mobile apps, and a supporting design system. The design aims to create an experience that is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate.

Successful Pre-Launch Interest: The "Coming Soon" page attracted over 200 early sign-ups.

Strong Launch Performance: Garnered 1,000+ user sign-ups within the first month of launch.

User Adoption & Activity: 40+ subscriptions were created in the first six months after launch.
