Overview

A service management platform designed for doctors attending medical conferences — covering everything from scheduling and itinerary planning to hotel reservations, flights, food, and activities, all in one place.

The Challenge

Doctors are time-poor and cognitively overloaded. The platform had to deliver a fast, frictionless experience for users who had no patience for complexity — every flow needed to feel immediate and effortless, with minimal reading and maximum clarity.

What I Did

Working at Coderio, I led the full UX process from research to final UI. I mapped user journeys to understand how doctors moved through conference planning, identified friction points, and built flows that prioritized speed and simplicity at every step.

Key contributions:
UX research
User journey mapping
Prototype development
Final UI design
All grounded in the reality of a busy medical professional's workflow.
I used Figma for design and prototyping, and Miro for moodboarding and early conceptual alignment with the team.

Outcome

Delivered a fully designed and prototyped platform — a clean, intuitive experience purpose-built for one of the most demanding and time-sensitive user groups.
