Type: Concept / spec project (not a client engagement)
Role: Brand Designer, UI Designer, Web Designer
Tools: Figma
What This Is
Modvera is a concept e-commerce lifestyle brand spanning tech, fashion, and everyday living. I designed the homepage to explore how a multi-category brand can communicate modern convenience and trust while driving conversions through a clean, modular flow.
What I Did
Identified the core problem — the previous design lacked structure and emotional appeal. Navigation was cluttered, product discovery felt inconsistent, and there was no unified storytelling across product categories
Designed the page structure — hero banner, 3 category cards for instant segmentation, featured products grid, SEO section, promo banner, and full footer
Built a component-based system — modular blocks optimized for Framer editing
Created the visual hierarchy — each section flows naturally from brand story to products to engagement
Key Design Decisions
Category cards for instant segmentation — visitors immediately see Tech, Lifestyle, and Fashion as distinct paths
Social-proof-driven product grid — featured products shown with ratings and reviews
SEO section integrated into the design — serves both narrative and ranking purposes
Why This Matters
This project demonstrates multi-category e-commerce homepage design: how to unify diverse product lines under one brand story while keeping the conversion path clear.
