Sainvus' Re-Positioning Landing Page

Sainvus, a private equity platform acquiring and rolling up independent CPA firms, needed a landing page that spoke directly to firm owners considering acquisition. Rather than compete on scale or generic operational efficiency, the site had to communicate something else: founder access, permanent capital, and a partnership built on respect for what these owners had built.

The Challenge

CPA firm owners face a crowded PE landscape, where most consolidators emphasize volume, rankings, and culture awards. The existing landscape presented three core barriers:
Competitors positioned as either franchise networks or full absorptions, neither resonating with owners seeking a true partnership
Generic "stay independent" and award-badge messaging that underestimated the sophistication of the audience
No credible way to differentiate on founder involvement and permanent capital structure versus other PE entrants
Sainvus needed a site that met prospects at their level, signaling institutional gravitas while reinforcing that the founders would remain in the room through every stage.

Our Solution

We created a one-page landing experience centered on clarity, relationship-first messaging, and visual restraint. Key decisions included:
A visual identity and design system rooted in modern minimalism with institutional weight, avoiding startup aesthetics and corporate stiffness
Messaging architecture that led with founder access and capital permanence, then positioned operational support as table-stakes capability rather than differentiation
Team-focused photography and language emphasizing the human side of the acquisition, grounding the brand promise in personal presence rather than faceless processes
Clean typographic hierarchy with generous whitespace, framing copy as the primary asset rather than competing with it
Responsive, high-performing build in Framer with strategic animations that felt purposeful and complementary to the narrative
All development was closely aligned with internal stakeholders to ensure the site embodied Sainvus's actual positioning, not a polished version of it.

Results

A credible, differentiated entry point that positions Sainvus distinctly within a crowded consolidator landscape
Design and messaging that validates the sophistication of the target audience, signaling they are speaking to peers, not a sales team
A scalable platform and brand system that can extend to individual acquired firm sites while maintaining Sainvus's institutional identity
A foundation for future growth that communicates permanent capital and founder commitment

What's Next

The site now serves as the primary touchpoint for firm owners evaluating acquisition, establishing Sainvus's voice and visual identity as the platform scales. Acquired firms will inherit the design system, extending the unified platform narrative across the growing network.
