GLW Skin needed a UGC-style ad without booking a shoot. I built a virtual creator in Firefly, composited scenes in Photoshop, generated a natural voiceover with ElevenLabs, and synced it with HeyGen lip-sync — then packaged the full process into a 9-slide case study. Result: a scroll-stopping GRWM ad with zero live production, ready for paid social.
