Tixio.io – A better way to manage Team

My Role: Product Designer 
 From Nov 2019 to Apr 2023.

When I joined TIXIO—a digital workspace startup aiming to help teams work “smarter, faster, and stress-free”—the product was a blank Figma canvas. As the first designer, I owned the 0→1 design journey, translating the founders’ vision into a tangible system that scaled with the company’s rapid growth.

The Challenge Teams were drowning in Slack threads, scattered Google Docs, and outdated spreadsheets. Our users needed a unified hub to collaborate without friction—but how do you simplify complexity without oversimplifying?

At TIXIO (tixio.io), I led the end-to-end product design process from concept to launch, perfectly aligning with the requirements for early-stage system designÁ Mapped the Chaos: Conducted interviews with 20+ remote teams to identify pain points: context-switching fatigue, unclear task ownership, and anxiety around missed deadlinesÁ Built the Foundation: Designed TIXIO’s core interface—a modular workspace where teams could toggle between tasks, docs, and timelines in one click. Think Notion’s flexibility meets Trello’s simplicityÁ Stress-Free Interactions: Introduced features like the Smart Task Matrix, a drag-and-drop board that auto-assigned deadlines based on workload, and Workspace Pulse, a visual “stress meter” that flagged overloaded teamsÁ Collaborated Cross-Functionally: Worked hand-in-hand with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution, using Figma’s auto-layouts and design tokens for seamless handoffs.

Within 6 months, TIXIO’s beta saw:

✔ 50% reduction in “Where’s this documented?” Slack messages.
