Branding Brand - work on ecommerce with worldclass DTC retailer

I served as a Senior UX/UI Designer for a top e-commerce digital agency, focusing on enhancing online experiences for a world-class direct-to-consumer retailer

The primary challenge was to improve the client's website usability and overall user experience, which was not meeting the expectations of their top-tier retail customers.

I redesigned the user portal to enhance website usability, conducted heuristic analysis, and mapped user journeys to audit the user experience. I also developed comprehensive branding guides and iconographies. My skills in UX/UI design, user research, and design thinking were pivotal in addressing the problem.

The project led to a significant improvement in user satisfaction and engagement, enhancing the client's digital presence. The new designs and strategies resulted in a more intuitive and cohesive online experience, aligning with the retailer's high standards.
