Problem
Artflow needed to differentiate itself in a competitive market by offering unique features. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities while ensuring a user-friendly experience.
My Contributions
As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I conducted user research, including interviews and behavior analytics, to inform the design strategy. I led the design and implementation of new AI features and optimized the onboarding process.
Outcomes
The project resulted in a 13% increase in user activation rates. The successful launch of new features enhanced user satisfaction and engagement, setting the foundation for future growth.
