In response to the evolving global talent landscape, I designed a Global HR Management Dashboard to provide organizations with real-time insights and actionable intelligence about their workforce. This platform focuses on tracking talent trends, optimizing recruitment, and enhancing employee engagement, empowering recruiters with data-driven strategies.

Organizations face challenges in adapting to rapid changes in the talent landscape, requiring tools to efficiently manage and analyze workforce data for strategic decision-making.

As the Senior UX/UI Designer, I led the design of the dashboard by conducting user research and applying UX/UI principles. I utilized design thinking and design systems to create an intuitive interface.

The dashboard significantly improved the ability of organizations to make informed decisions, streamline recruitment processes, and enhance employee engagement.
