The app lacked a cohesive design system, which led to inconsistent aesthetics and hindered feature development like dark mode. Additionally, the onboarding process was inefficient, affecting user engagement and revenue growth.
My Contributions
I introduced a comprehensive PR tracking and volume progress feature. I established Jefit's first design system, unifying the app's aesthetics and facilitating the transition to dark mode. I also redesigned the onboarding process.
Outcomes
My contributions led to a 40% increase in revenue and improved the Net Promoter Score by 1.4. The unified design system and enhanced onboarding process significantly boosted user satisfaction and engagement.
