Kido.cloud | School Management Platform Development

Ioannis Papachristou

As the founder of Kido.cloud, an innovative school management platform, I led the project from initial concept through to successful launch. This platform was designed to address the operational and communication challenges faced by schools, and I was responsible for defining the product vision, aligning the team, and driving execution.
I managed a fully remote, cross-functional team of developers and designers using Agile methodologies, ensuring all deliverables met quality standards and timelines. I created the product roadmap, facilitated sprint planning, and oversaw development using Jira. I also worked closely with designers in Figma to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, while handling QA, deployment, and system iterations based on feedback from early users.
Throughout the process, I managed stakeholder relationships, including school administrators and potential investors, ensuring that the product remained aligned with user needs and compliance requirements. Kido.cloud’s MVP was successfully launched and adopted by early-stage schools, offering features such as student data management, communication tools, scheduling, and document workflows—helping educational institutions become more efficient and digitally enabled.
This project reflects my ability to lead end-to-end digital product development, manage diverse teams, and deliver real-world solutions within the education technology space.
