Development of Tento Wallet: A Digital Health Solution

I led the conception and development of Tento Wallet, a mobile-first digital health wallet that empowers users to securely store, access, and share their health records from their personal devices.

From initial idea through launch, I was responsible for:

Product strategy and vision, focused on data ownership and patient empowerment

User experience design, ensuring a frictionless and intuitive interface

Cross-functional coordination across engineering, clinical, and compliance teams

Ensuring compliance with health data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA)

Overseeing deployment to both Apple and Google app stores

The product was designed to address critical challenges in digital health: fragmented data, lack of interoperability, and limited patient access. Tento Wallet was built with privacy by design, and aimed to make personal health data truly portable and user-controlled.

This was a full-lifecycle, high-impact project that combined deep problem-solving with human-centered design. I'm excited to bring the same strategic and executional rigor to new digital health or consumer-focused products.
