Espace Vasarely Civic Construction Project Management

I served as the onsite project manager for the development of Espace Vasarely, a major civic construction project in Antony, France. I oversaw the entire implementation phase—from ground-breaking to completion—ensuring the project was delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

My responsibilities included:

Managing all subcontractor agreements and ensuring coordination across trades

Translating client and architect requirements into actionable site operations

Leading construction teams and overseeing day-to-day activities on site

Implementing robust quality assurance protocols to meet design and compliance standards

Monitoring and reporting on project progress based on the project plan

Leading bi-weekly coordination meetings to evaluate progress, flag issues, and mitigate risks early

Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout

This role demanded a combination of operational leadership, detailed oversight, and risk-conscious planning to deliver a high-quality public space that now serves as a central cultural venue in the city.
