I joined the Lucky project right from the start in 2018, and it’s been an incredible ride! I helped build Egypt’s leading fintech. As Head of Product Design, I stayed true to my hands-on approach, creating the branding, all the digital products for the business—including two native apps for Android and iOS, a cashback website and a CMT for back office operations.

What stands out from my time at Lucky is how the product evolved. It started as a discount app, and then transformed into a digital wallet. My role in that shift was key because of how I design products thoughtfully, with scalable components. Thanks to that, we pulled off the transition in just two months without having to redesign the entire app from scratch.
