To create a new and revamped design for the eZhire app that improves the user experience for browsing and selecting cars, choosing rental dates, selecting delivery location, and completing the checkout process.

The objective of this project is to develop a user-friendly car rental platform with an intuitive interface, providing customers with a seamless experience. The main challenges to address are:

Car Selection: The current car browsing and selection process is not user-friendly. Customers find it difficult to browse and choose cars based on their preferred category and make/model. The system should be designed to simplify this process and enhance the overall user experience.

Intuitive Calendar: The existing calendar for selecting rental dates and times lacks user-friendliness and is prone to errors. The goal is to design an intuitive and error-proof calendar that enables users to easily choose their desired rental dates and times.

Delivery Location Selection: The current process for choosing the delivery location lacks efficiency and user convenience. Integrating a map-based solution will allow users to find and select their preferred delivery location with ease.

Streamlined Checkout Process: The checkout page needs improvement to present a comprehensive summary of the rental details and ensure a seamless payment process. A user-friendly and efficient checkout experience is vital for customer satisfaction.

The successful implementation of these improvements will result in a user-friendly and efficient car rental platform that maximizes customer satisfaction and drives business growth.

As the sole designer on this project, my role involves conducting user research, with a particular focus on the UAE market. I create sketches, develop high-fidelity designs, and produce prototypes. Lastly, I provide detailed design explanations to ensure seamless communication to the stake holders.
