Managed a remote documentary project featuring Ilwad Elman, coordinating production across Rwanda, Uganda, Congo, and Burundi. Directed recruitment, vetting of filmmakers, and developed SOPs for all production stages. Handled stakeholder engagement and budget. Navigated logistics for Canada-Africa team collaboration. The film was screened at the FIFDH festival in Geneva.
