Freightx Back-Office Automation: QuickBooks, Bitrix24 & Sheets

I designed and implemented connected finance and document workflows for Freightx Transport Group LLC, bringing accounting, CRM and spreadsheet operations into a coordinated back-office process.

The problem Routine processing depended on manual checks across financial records, documents and operational stages. Follow-up work needed clearer state and fewer disconnected handoffs.

What I built I connected QuickBooks, Bitrix24 and Google Sheets with document/PDF workflows. The automation coordinated operational events, tracked processing stages and handled overdue-stage follow-up so work status could be inspected across the process.
