Risks associated with developers: Buyers may not be adequately informed by buyer-side agents about high-risk developers, leaving them vulnerable to potential problems during the construction phase with limited recourse for resolution.

Limited information sources after settlement: Buyers often struggle to find reliable local connections to assist with future property remodeling or selling, leading to a lack of accessible and trustworthy information and resources.
