Izzy is a Czech-based startup that offers professional cleaning services through a mobile app, making it easy for users to book cleanings with just a few clicks. The platform provides services for homes, offices, and Airbnb properties in Prague.
Customers can manage bookings, communicate with cleaners, and access invoices and reviews, all within the app. Izzy focuses on convenience, speed, and transparency, offering features like direct chat with cleaners and seamless payment options. All services are insured, providing users with peace of mind.
The Problem
The co-founders approached me with a request for a complete UI/UX overhaul of their product. They had a poor experience with their previous agency, which led to issues like lack of communication, hidden fees, and other problems that caused months of frustration.
The UI skills of the previous agency didn’t align with the founders’ vision for the product.
After discussing the situation, we came up with an ideal solution to enhance their product.

Unfortunately, due to the negative experience and poor collaboration with the previous agency, I’m unable to share screenshots from the old product or landing page.
However, I can share the updated designs.
