The business in question had a huge number of low-quality leads coming in through various sources, and needed a way to respond to them quickly, while still customizing the leads to the client.
I wrote an an AI automation to pull in project details, notes about the contact, and customize a template based on what is important to the client.
Unlike some AI implementations which write a message completely from scratch, this follows a pre-defined template ensuring it matches the brand voice, customizing only very specific sections of the message.
When a member of the company's team looks at their leads in Airtable, they will find that the the automation has already selected the appropriate template and customized it based on the details the client has provided.
