Australia's largest retailer was undergoing one of the largest UKG Pro workforce management rollouts in the southern hemisphere — impacting 180,000+ frontline workers and management teams across several brands in ANZ.

At that scale and geographic distribution, a centralised training approach couldn't work. With 11 cohorts across an 8-month phased rollout, there was no consistent infrastructure to deliver training, standardise communication, or maintain quality as the program scaled. Each cohort risked inconsistency, compliance gaps, and support spikes post-release.
