Designing an Experience-Led Content System to Scale Partner Engagement
Context
A global sales team needed to streamline content access and communication for hundreds of external partners. Critical information was bottlenecked, making it difficult to manage hundreds of accounts across varying partner value tiers.
Problem
Teams were committed to delivering high-quality content, but inefficiencies in access, distribution and internal coordination caused delays, misalignment, and frustration for both internal teams and external partners.
My Role
Initially responsible for developing email and presentation content, my role expanded to designing and implementing systems to scale partner engagement efficiently across multiple regions and audiences.
Approach / What I Did
Piloted a self-serve microsite to centralise content access for 150+ partner agencies.
Designed and implemented a quarterly newsletter to communicate updates efficiently and consistently.
Developed new workflows for aligning cross-functional requests and approvals.
Created 30+ email campaigns for 5 different partner audiences, distributed across 6 regions and translated into 8 languages.
Applied lightweight AI-assisted templates to speed up first drafts and maintain brand voice consistency.
Ran A/B testing and performance analysis to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
Scaled communication without adding operational burden, allowing teams to focus on creative and strategic work rather than chasing approvals or clarifying information.
