Overview

This project focused on creating a premium e-commerce experience for a modern furniture brand that specializes in minimalist, high-quality home essentials. The brand’s mission was to blend luxury aesthetics with functional design while offering customers a smooth, confident online shopping experience. The visual direction was built around clean layouts, warm textures, and product-first storytelling to reflect the brand’s quality.

Goal

The primary goal was to design and structure a conversion-optimized storefront that could:
Increase average order value (AOV) by 200%
Improve mobile shopping experience by 150%
Reduce cart abandonment by 60%
Turn casual visitors into high-intent buyers through strong visual hierarchy and UX psychology.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was blending heavy visual aesthetics with performance. High-resolution product images were slowing page speed and affecting user engagement. Another challenge was restructuring the product collections and filtering system to make navigation effortless without overwhelming users. Creating trust for a premium-priced brand with no prior customer touchpoints was also a critical hurdle.

Solution / Outcome

I redesigned the entire layout with performance-first principles, optimized all media assets, and implemented a strategic product flow that guided users from discovery to checkout seamlessly. I introduced smart filtering, clean category mapping, and persuasive product card layouts.

As a result:
