Community services platform

A Polish network of non-profit organisations wanted to move routine requests from cash and paper to one online platform. Members needed to find their local organisation, order services delivered by partner providers, pay or donate online in PLN and ask questions without waiting on a phone line. Operators needed a single back office for orders, registrations, escalations and content, with access split across several roles. Project details are covered by an NDA.

The Laravel backend exposes separate Swagger-documented APIs for administrators, local organisations, partner companies and members, consumed by a Vue 2 frontend with Vuex and i18n. Providers publish services with price lists; orders, invoices, ratings and donations flow through Stripe with webhooks, and documents are generated as PDF, Word and Excel. Support chat runs on laravel-websockets with rooms linked to orders. I designed the architecture and built the payment flows; the admin covers order statuses, user verification, granular roles, open issues and a CMS.
