Challenges and Solutions:

Challenges: The primary challenge was limited content due to budget constraints, which restricted our ability to consistently produce new material.
Solutions: To overcome this, we introduced several content concepts tailored to maximize the impact of the available resources. These included the "Faces of Ile" series, which highlighted the people behind the dining experience, and the "Culture Series," focused on educating the audience about West African culture. These concepts allowed us to create engaging content that resonated with the audience and showcased the brand’s unique identity.

Strategy and Execution:

Approach: We adopted a brand narrative expansion strategy, focusing on enhancing the client’s brand story and positioning Ile as a unique cultural dining destination.
Execution:
Content Strategy: Developed and executed content concepts such as "Faces of Ile" and "Culture Series," leveraging existing assets creatively to build a consistent and engaging narrative.
Media Management: Implemented a cohesive media plan that optimized content distribution and engagement across social media platforms.
Engagement: Fostered community interaction through these content series, encouraging user-generated content and active participation.
