Orbitale - CRM Dashboard

Orbitale is a modern CRM Dashboard designed to centralize workforce insights and streamline HR operations. This project focuses on creating a real-time management system that simplifies complex employee data, making staffing KPIs, activity trends, and hiring pipelines easily accessible at a glance. The goal was to deliver a dashboard experience that supports both daily operational workflows and strategic team planning, offering clarity, structure, and efficiency for growing organizations.

HR and workforce dashboards often suffer from cluttered layouts, inconsistent information hierarchy, and fragmented data sources. Managers are forced to navigate multiple tools to track employee workloads, monitor headcount, schedule interviews, and evaluate team performance. The dashboard simplifies complex HR insights through structured monthly activity visuals, a segmented team status overview, and a clean employee directory containing essential role and department information. An integrated interview schedule supports ongoing hiring workflows, while the sidebar’s department-based navigation ensures quick access to every section.
