Project Description:

Vulcandesk is an AI helpdesk and automation platform. My task was to craft the external experience like—the site and onboarding materials—that explained Vulcan clearly and convinced users to try it. I focused on making the system approachable while showing the power of AI in customer support.

Solution:

I made Vulcan’s pricing easy to grasp by designing a clean comparison table that highlighted the features in each plan, helping users quickly see the value.
I streamlined pages that explained Vulcan’s AI features without jargon.
A guided walkthrough videos to help new users get started quickly.
Clean layouts and visuals that reinforced trust and reduced confusion.
