Designing a platform to bring simplicity to the home-buying market.

Spur is a progressive new startup based in Toronto looking to disrupt the real estate, legal and banking industry by bringing to market a new way of transacting new homes.
The visual identity centres around the concept of ‘home’, expressed through abstract architectural shapes that serve as flexible containers for text and imagery. The custom logotype features an ‘S’ that symbolises the connections and journeys Spur helps facilitate. The overall visual language feels modern and tech-driven, while the use of neutral tones and bold, immersive photography lends a sense of credibility, relevance, and forward-thinking energy.
