We partnered with Joseph Okaly, a seasoned financial coach and founder of Success Machine, to build a powerful Kajabi platform that supports families at every life stage. From custom website design and branding to full course creation, lead magnets, and community setup - we helped bring his vision of accessible financial clarity to life.

Before building anything inside the platform, we needed to lay the right visual and structural groundwork. Joseph had a vision, but it needed to be transformed into a cohesive online presence that would build trust and clearly communicate his value to families at every stage of life.

With the visual strategy locked in, it was time to bring the designs to life inside Kajabi. This phase was all about functionality, seamless user experience, and building a solid backend to support sales, engagement, and automation.

➤ Transferred all key pages to Kajabi: Home, About, Contact, Courses, 3 full Sales pages, Lead Magnet pages, Thank You pages, Community, Blog, Login, Library, and Error page ➤ Created customized checkout flows for each course with connected offers and confirmation pages ➤ Set up offer pages and linked them to products, automation, and pricing structures ➤ Implemented all tagging logic and form integrations to segment users based on behavior ➤ Connected automated email sequences for lead magnets and offers to nurture every lead ➤ Ensured a seamless user journey from landing on the site to accessing purchased content

In the final phase, we took the design one step further by integrating the courses into Kajabi, ensuring they were structured for ease of use and aligned with the brand's vision. The focus was on creating a seamless experience for both the learner and the admin.
