Overview 🔎

Bulgari is a luxury fashion house founded in 1884 and is known for its jewelry, watches, fragrances, accessories, and leather goods. It is currently part of the luxury conglomerate giant LVMH Group.
As Product Coach, I was hired to mentor the Bulgari Digital Team on product management best practices and growth strategies, helping them navigate the digital transformation journey.

Problem & Solution 🤝

Problem: The Bulgari Digital Team lacked a structured approach to digitalize their processes, enhance their digital presence, and boost e-commerce revenues. With a rich heritage rooted in traditional luxury, they faced challenges in adapting to the rapidly evolving digital landscape and meeting the evolving needs of modern consumers.
Solution: To address these challenges, I conducted a series of immersive workshops for the Bulgari Digital Team. These sessions focused on sharing proven methodologies, frameworks, and templates from the tech industry, empowering the team to adopt a product-led mindset. Additionally, I was invited to Bulgari's headquarters in Rome to collaborate with senior management, providing strategic guidance on crafting a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with their brand values and growth objectives.

Explore Emerging Technologies: Investigate the potential of emerging technologies like Web3, NFTs, and AI to create innovative and engaging experiences for Bulgari's customers.

Product Management Training: Conducted comprehensive workshops on product management fundamentals, including customer discovery, user research, prioritization frameworks, and lean experimentation.
Digital Strategy Alignment: Collaborated with Bulgari's senior leadership to align the digital strategy with the brand's vision, values, and long-term objectives, ensuring a cohesive and authentic digital experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitated cross-functional workshops to foster a shared understanding of customer needs and promote seamless collaboration.
