Layered Distortion - An AI Editing Experiment
The initial idea was to create a funhouse mirror effect. As I experimented with invideo Editor’s AI editing agent, the concept evolved into a different visual treatment.
I asked the agent to create an initial distortion directly on the timeline, then add a wave-based displacement effect to introduce more movement.
I also explored a layered distortion effect that makes the model appear to split into multiple overlapping versions of herself.
Finally, I adjusted the scale, opacity, and colors to refine the result.
