Participant Liaison & Communication Management: Acted as the first contact person for all seminar attendees, ensuring smooth, responsive communication between the EFA office and participants.

Protocol Management: Managed all seminar protocols, maintaining organized and detailed records of seminar activities and discussions.

Review and Reporting: Collaborated with a team under academic supervision to produce a comprehensive review of the seminar week, which was shared with stakeholders to assess seminar outcomes.

Evaluation Support: Assisted in evaluating the seminar, contributing feedback and insights to enhance future events.
