In my role as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Prishtina, I provided academic support across multiple courses by developing engaging materials, mentoring students, and assisting in curriculum design. I facilitated student learning through personalized guidance and interactive tutorials on subjects like Research Methods and EU Policies. Additionally, as Secretary of the Department, I played a pivotal role in enhancing international collaboration by initiating and managing over 10 inter-institutional agreements with European universities, significantly expanding our academic network and promoting global partnerships.
