Our design studio partnered with a leading fintech company to enhance their app's user retention and engagement by redesigning the main user flows—Add Money, Withdraw Money, and Onboarding. Through extensive UX research, we identified key pain points that hindered user satisfaction. We simplified the navigation and reduced the number of steps in the Add Money and Withdraw Money processes, introducing clear prompts and visual cues to guide users. For the onboarding experience, we condensed and streamlined the steps, incorporated interactive tutorials, and allowed for early personalization to make new users feel more engaged and confident. These redesign efforts were rigorously tested and iterated based on user feedback to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
